Our Mission

Senior Support was created to help older adults understand today’s fast-changing digital world.

Many seniors find modern technology confusing or overwhelming. Smartphones, passwords, online banking, and digital services often feel complicated.

Our goal is to make things easier.

Through simple guides and practical handbooks, we explain everyday digital topics in clear language — without technical jargon.

Each guide focuses on real questions seniors ask and provides step-by-step explanations that anyone can follow.

We believe learning technology should feel simple, calm, and useful.

Senior Support grew out of conversations in Swedish senior communities and Facebook groups where people shared the same frustrations:

• remembering passwords
• understanding smartphones
• staying safe online
• keeping up with modern technology

Many guides available online were written for younger users or were too technical.

So we created guides written by seniors, for seniors.

Our guides are created and reviewed by experienced writers who understand the everyday challenges seniors face when using modern technology.
